A credit card is required when booking an appointment to reserve your spot. If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment it must be done 24 hours in advance to avoid any cancelation fees. Canceling/Rescheduling within 24 hours of your appointment time are subject to a 50% fee of services booked. No call/No Shows-will be charged 100% fee of services booked. If card payment does not go through you will be blocked from future bookings. Arrive at least 5-10 minutes early to your appointment to ensure you have enough time to park and use the bathroom if needed. If you are running late to your scheduled appointment please contact me as I will try my best to accommodate any clients. You will have a 6 minute grace period, which means that you are required to be in the suite no later then 6 minutes or we will need to reschedule your appointment and you will be charge 50% of the service.
